Cloud/SaaS software solution for accounting, financial accounting, budget planning and monitoring, cost accounting, controlling, invoicing, payment transactions, asset accounting, inventory management, and reporting: Procurement, introduction, and operation of the product-neutral solution. The scope of services includes project management, configuration, data migration from MACH meinERP, integration with Odoo 17, bank integration, testing and acceptance, training, documentation, as well as subsequent cloud operation, maintenance, and support. 12 active and 5 restricted users are planned. Productive operation begins on 01.01.2028; the basic term is 60 months with two optional extensions of 12 months each. Contract and project start is 01.04.2027, with full productive deployment by 01.01.2028. The basic term of productive cloud/SaaS operation ends on 31.12.2032. If both options are fully exercised, the contract ends no later than 31.12.2034. Alternative bids are not permitted. Payment terms: Milestone payment plan for introduction, at least 20% of the fixed introduction price due after total acceptance, regular ongoing fees from 01.01.2028, invoice payment within 30 calendar days. Qualification evidence: Self-declarations regarding reliability, absence of exclusion grounds, economic, financial, personnel, and technical capability.
