Software Provisioning Services for Microsoft Configuration Manager Architecture

Consulting and conceptual services to support IT implementations within a Microsoft Configuration Manager (ConfigMgr) infrastructure, considering the overall IT architecture. This includes project execution (planning, monitoring, documentation, consideration of incident, change, and release management processes according to ITIL), provision of expert knowledge for the operation of the IT architecture of an Enterprise ConfigMgr environment (Current Branch) in sub-areas such as server infrastructure, collection structure, dynamic task sequences, Microsoft telemetry data, client security, cloud environments, and AI applications. Furthermore, it involves the analysis of relevant developments for secure operation, the description of relevant points for the IT architecture in QM documents defining HessenPC standards, the preparation of issues for committees of the State of Hesse, technical support for operational processes of an Enterprise ConfigMgr environment (Current Branch) with over 80,000 simultaneously supplied clients, and support for client management (configuration via Group Policy Objects/Group Policy Preferences, operation of disk encryption). Each person deployed must demonstrate the minimum qualifications and experience listed in section 4.1.1 of the file "B 04 Leistungsbeschreibung Lose1-2".
