Sun protection services for properties in the Berlin urban area

Sun protection services for over 5,000 properties of the State of Berlin, managed by Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH. The Dynamic Purchasing System (DBS) aims to establish a bidder pool for ongoing tenders and individual call-offs. Properties include administrative buildings, refugee accommodations, cultural buildings, police and fire facilities, schools, and justice buildings. The DBS is divided into Category I (Framework agreement sun protection) and Category II (Individual sun protection services). Services may be required for listed buildings; for contracts in police or justice buildings, a security and/or reliability check of personnel may be necessary.
