Establishment of a Housing First Panel and awarding of initial contracts for tenancy supports, property sourcing, intake, and health services in the Southeast region: includes Intensive Case Management (Visiting Support Team), Ancillary Supports (Peer support and community integration), Tenancy Sourcing and Delivery, and other related services for current and projected Housing First tenancies. Initial contracts have a duration of 3 years with an option for four extensions of up to 1 year each, for a maximum total duration of 7 years.
