Spectrometer for a research and measurement station of an ultra-precise breath analyzer at the Świętokrzyski Laboratory Campus

Manufacturing of a spectrometer, functioning as a gas-phase sample analyzer for a research and measurement station of an ultra-precise breath analyzer, including training of the contracting authority's employees and delivery of the device to the Świętokrzyski Laboratory Campus of the Central Office of Measures. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annex 1 of the tender documents and Annex 2 of the draft contract provisions. Partial payments for each stage are foreseen. A "Preliminary technical concept of the offered FS-CRDS spectrometer" must be submitted with the offer, detailing the general architecture, operating principles, block diagrams, components with their function and key technical requirements, and the method for achieving the required parameters and for commissioning/verification. Submission or supplementation of documentary evidence is possible; errors or incompleteness in the evidence may lead to the rejection of the offer. The tender may be cancelled if public funds are not granted.
