Security Services for Persons, Property, and Buildings of MPO Warsaw

Security services for persons, property, premises, buildings, and adjacent areas of the Municipal Cleaning Company (MPO) facilities in Warsaw: Contract duration 12 months, starting earliest 01.08.2026, 7:00 AM, until at least 01.08.2027, 7:00 AM, or until funds are exhausted, with an extension option of up to 3 months. Services include physical security by qualified security personnel equipped with direct coercive measures. An option provides for the introduction of a Specialized Armed Security Formation (SUFO) with firearm authorization for the Zabraniecka 2 Warsaw WWE location. Security is provided via 12-hour and 24-hour permanent posts, ad-hoc posts, patrols, and intervention patrols with a 10-minute response time. Also included are monitoring of alarm signals from SSWiN installations, monitoring of CCTV installations, and supervision by the contractor's inspectors. Mobile intervention patrols with direct coercive measures will provide support in exceptional situations. Personnel for permanent or ad-hoc physical security must be employed full-time under an employment contract according to Polish labor law and trained in OHS and fire protection.
