Legal services for investment construction: Provision of specialized legal services under a framework agreement for the period 2026–2030. Services include the application of relevant legal regulations such as the Nature and Landscape Protection Act (No. 114/1992 Coll.), Inland Navigation Act (No. 114/1995 Coll.), Environmental Impact Assessment Act (No. 100/2001 Coll.), Water Act (No. 254/2001 Coll.), Act on Accelerating the Construction of Transport, Water, and Energy Infrastructure (No. 416/2009 Coll.), and the Building Act (No. 283/2021 Coll.). This involves providing expert consultations and advice, preparing legal analyses, opinions, and reports, drafting and reviewing methodologies and internal regulations, drafting and reviewing contractual documentation and other legal documents, and representing the client before public authorities and third parties. Excluded are contracts related to property management (purchase, gift, exchange, transfer, lease, loan agreements, establishment of easements).
