Urban Development and Infrastructure Works for Toulouse Metro

Urban development and infrastructure works around the ancillary structures of the North-West sector of Metro Line C in Toulouse: topographical operations, execution and as-built plans, colored DESC documents, protection of existing networks, protection of structures, buildings, and environment (street furniture, fences), temporary site signage (incl. ground marking, diversions and their maintenance), water management (drainage, collection, pumping), site protection devices and their maintenance, preparation (incl. DICT, marking, staking), clearing of rights-of-way (incl. removal of street furniture, except Toulouse Métropole's conceded furniture), supply and installation of public lighting (poles 5, 7, or 9m high, incl. chambers, network, and connections), deconstruction of road elements (curbs, pavements, sidewalks, median strips), removal and reinstallation of street furniture, kiosks, or small premises on public domain, reconstruction of private property boundary walls, connection networks for metro structures and stations to wastewater, storm water, drinking water, and telecom networks, necessary earthworks, road structures, and temporary/definitive surfacing for redevelopment of areas around metro ancillary structures, definitive signage works, small civil engineering structures (retaining walls, concrete stairs), restoration of premises, temporary reinstatement of land, pavements, sidewalks, and verges, removal and reinstallation of gates, fence construction, landscaping (planting of trees and shrubs, hedges, shrub masses, ground preparation for grassing), management of all site waste, and all restorations and cleaning at the end of works. The framework agreement is a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, with a maximum amount of 2,115,800.00 EUR net and a duration of 48 months from notification; further items as per the tender documents.
