District management for the implementation of the urban development program "Social Cohesion Waldkolonie/Akazienweg": Establishment of an interdisciplinary district management, consisting of a district management and a district workshop, to cover and coordinate structural-planning and social-integrative areas. The district management handles structural-planning tasks, strategic and conceptual project control, consolidation of all measures and projects, financial management, and public relations. It works closely with the district workshop, acts as a trustee, and manages a trust account for the administration of funding. Project start is in Q4 2026, with a duration of 8 years and an option for extension of up to 5 years.
