Civil engineering and pipeline construction for the new Eckerde waterworks: site setup (90 weeks retention period); earthworks, including topsoil removal, loading, conveying, storage (1,000 m³ for drinking water works), trenching for drainage pipes (700 m³ for wastewater pipes), earthworks for shafts, underground cables and cable protection pipes, earth trench for the rainwater retention basin, steel pipe jacking, dismantling and reconnection after commissioning, disposal of excavated soil; pressure pipes for drinking water and wastewater lines, including laying of PE 100 pressure pipes, heat element butt welding PE 100-RC SDR 11 pipe connections, pressure testing and disinfection, internal pressure testing of PE drinking water pipes DN/OD 110 to 160; gravity pipelines and shafts, including gravity pipelines, shaft structures, siphon shaft, coalescing separator, wastewater lifting station, leak testing and TV inspection; cable protection pipes and cable shafts, grounding of cable protection pipe routes, steel pipe jacking, dismantling and reconnection after commissioning, supply lines to the existing waterworks, cabling.
