Urban and Open Space Planning Framework Plan or Functional Plan

Development of an urban and open space planning framework plan or functional plan: Creation based on the design from the competitive dialogue, including participation in the planning workshop for updating and harmonizing the design with the results of the Körber Technologies master plan process. The objective is to develop a robust, implementation-oriented spatial concept for securing and further developing the site as an inner-city commercial and industrial location, including its urbanistic reordering, open space qualification, climatic adaptation, and transport connectivity. The framework plan includes the development of a guiding principle and the spatial concretization of key statements on use, building structure, public space, green and open spaces, and development, integrating relevant technical requirements and plans.
