Urban Planning Services for Sustainable and Innovative Development of Land in Leganés Norte

Urban planning proposals for the sustainable and innovative development of new consortium land: Creation of high-quality urban planning proposals or preliminary project ideas with a sufficient level of definition, incorporating technical strategies and criteria for sustainability and innovation. Proposals will be evaluated and selected by a jury. The project competition may lead to the subsequent award of a service contract to one of the winners, covering the drafting and administrative support for the necessary planning instruments to establish the general and detailed urban planning of the new development area.
