Steel and reinforced concrete works for the spatial restructuring in Terminal 1, Building 203 of Frankfurt Airport, covering approx. 16,000 m²: Production and sealing of large ceiling breakthroughs in reinforced concrete, additions to the steel structure under solid ceilings, production of various steel structures on roof areas as mounting frames, maintenance platforms, and complete enclosures for ventilation units, including access stairs for maintenance purposes. Furthermore, production of small substructures, plinths, or surrounding parapets made of reinforced concrete on roof areas, reinforced concrete and masonry works in the interior for static reinforcement and room separation, as well as production or sealing of smaller breakthroughs and core drillings in ceilings. Quantities include approx. 40,000 kg of steel structures for ventilation enclosures and similar on roof areas, approx. 30 units of stairs and maintenance platforms on roof areas, approx. 220 m of steel profiles in various dimensions as support for breakthroughs, approx. 70 m² of wall and ceiling surfaces made of reinforced concrete as small components on roof areas, and approx. 240 m² of masonry walls. Planned start of services is Q2/2027, planned end of services is Q2/2031.
