Stationary Detectors for Dangerous Liquids for Courts of the Łódź Appellate District

Delivery of 8 stationary detectors for dangerous liquids: including delivery, installation, commissioning, performance of warranty service inspections throughout the entire warranty period, and staff training at the following locations: Sad Okręgowy in Łódź (pl. Dąbrowskiego 5 and ul. Narutowicza 64), Sąd Rejonowy in Brzeziny (ul. Waryńskiego 34 and ul. Waryńskiego 32), Sąd Rejonowy in Łowicz (ul. Kaliska 1/3), Sąd Rejonowy in Rawa Mazowiecka (ul. Kościuszki 17 and ul. Zamkowa Wola 31), Sąd Rejonowy in Łęczyca (ul. M. Konopnickiej 16). The devices must be factory new, unused, not ex-display, not reconditioned, free from constructional, material, manufacturing, and legal defects, manufactured no earlier than 2025, and permanently marked with name, model, manufacturer, serial number, and production year. All components must possess CE conformity certificates. Required evidence includes catalogue sheets, technical descriptions, specifications, instructions, manufacturer documentation, parameter lists, and certificates, specifically for industrial and electromagnetic safety (EMC), ECAC Standard 3 Type B, and compliance with Polish health and safety regulations; further items as per the tender documents.
