Sampling monitoring of FFH habitat types (forest LRT) in Saxony-Anhalt, divided into 2 lots. The service includes the evaluation of previous surveys, creation of working documents, review and update of biotop and LRT structure, LRT recording according to the BfN & BLAK 2017 assessment scheme (federal assessment) and KA LAU, vegetation surveys and photo documentation, data entry, and reporting. Cost calculation is based on a price sheet provided by the client, which considers the total service for all survey areas as well as time requirements and prices for individual services per survey area, distinguishing between average and increased processing effort (e.g., for cryptogams, difficult terrain, increased documentation effort). Billing occurs after acceptance of the service by the client, who reserves a review and acceptance period of 14 working days.
