Street and municipal technical planning for the Market Square area: Development and phased renewal of Savonlinna Market Square and passenger harbor area. The planning assignment includes street planning and street construction planning for the street areas, general municipal technical planning for the Market Square area, and the necessary initial studies. It also involves the coordination of plans and needs of various technical disciplines and network operators. The preparation of technical and commercial tender documents for the street construction contract is also part of the scope. The designer prepares commercial documents in addition to the technical plan documents according to the client's instructions and templates. The technical and commercial tender documents must form a compatible whole, enabling the tendering of the street construction contract without separate essential further preparation. More detailed descriptions and requirements are provided in the tender documents. The service must comply with directly binding regulations of the European Union, Finnish laws and decrees, and official orders. The offer is binding and must be prepared in Finnish; the entire procurement process is conducted in Finnish.
