Abschnitt' industrial park in Wertheim, covering an area of approx. 12.9 ha: complete construction of traffic, supply, and disposal infrastructure using a separate system, including necessary adjustments to existing structures. Services include sewer construction for Eigenbetrieb Abwasser Wertheim, earthworks, road construction, drainage, and landscaping for Stadtverwaltung Wertheim, and supply and disposal infrastructure (specifically water, gas, electricity, broadband supply, and street lighting) for Stadtwerke Wertheim. Main quantities are: sewer lines DN300 - DN1200 (1,720 m), sewer connection lines DN150 (420 m), manholes DN1000-DN2000 (70 units), ductile cast iron water pipes DN100-150 (790 m), PE DN/OD63 water house connections (170 m), PE DN/OD110 gas pipes (790 m), PE DN/OD63 gas house connections (170 m), PVC-U AD 110-140 mm empty conduit routes (2,180 m), trenches for broadband and power lines (7,955 m), asphalt surfaces (6,030 m²), water-permeable asphalt (4,820 m²), paved surfaces (4,820 m²), concrete curbs (2,770 m). Also included are all necessary site setup, coordination, safety, and documentation services, along with coordination with utility providers and phased execution of works while maintaining traffic flow and access for residents.
