Road construction for Bensowinkuja: Construction of Bensowinkuja street and pedestrian/bicycle paths, and Oravamäentie pedestrian/bicycle paths according to plans, including subgrade reinforcement, water supply, other utilities, lighting foundations, piping, and structural layers for chainage (plv) 0-244, as well as Bensowinkuja-Oravamäentie. Oravamäentie pedestrian/bicycle paths are restored up to the finished surface. This section is built up to the top surface of the unbound bearing layer and does not include paving, landscaping, finishing works, or the construction of above-ground lighting parts. Removal of invasive species from the entire contract area according to Annex 4 of the contract program is part of Phase 1. Optional Phase 2 includes the construction of the sidewalk, bus stop, and traffic light plans from Phase 1 works in the Bensowinkuja and Kauniaistentie intersection area up to the finished surface; decision on the option by 31.12.2026 at the latest. Optional Phase 3 includes the construction of Bensowinkuja up to the finished surface for chainage (plv) 0-244, including asphalt bases, paving, stone works, landscaping and finishing works, and complete lighting construction; decision on the option by 28.2.2027 at the latest.
