Road Construction Works for the Maintenance of A 59 in the Duisburg-Süd Area

Stabilization of approx. 54,000 m² (d = 30 cm) for the maintenance of A 59 in the Duisburg-Süd area. This includes approx. 26,160 m³ sub-base layer (d = 41 cm, 0/45), approx. 59,262 m² temperature-reduced asphalt base course AC 32 TS, approx. 59,262 m² temperature-reduced asphalt binder course AC 22 B S SG, and approx. 77,462 m² temperature-reduced asphalt wearing course SMA 11 S. Further services comprise the dismantling of approx. 22 units of shafts (clear shaft depth over 2.0 to 3.0 m), the demolition and recycling of approx. 2,335 m of pipelines from DN 250 to DN 500 at the contractor's discretion, the dismantling of approx. 98 units of road gullies including covers, the backfilling of approx. 1,600 m of pipelines with underlying collection pipe (DN 300 to DN 500) and overlying concrete drainage pipe (DN 150 to DN 300), the backfilling of approx. 55 m³ of shafts (approx. 1.0 m - 2.0 m after dismantling shaft parts), the installation of approx. 144 units of road gullies with covers, the laying of approx. 800 m of slot drains, the installation of approx. 8 units of inlet boxes with vertical outlet suitable for slot drains, approx. 24 units of cleaning channels suitable for slot drains, approx. 62 units of shafts DN 1000 to DN 1500, approx. 652 m of pipelines DN 300 B to DN 600 B, the construction of approx. 301 m of piggyback pipeline (DN 300 B to DN 600 B with overlying plastic pipe DN 100), and the construction of approx. 2,320 m of drainage string with drainage pipeline DN 150.
