Road construction for I/50 Bučovice bypass

Road construction for the I/50 Bučovice bypass: New construction of road I/50 on a new route around the town of Bučovice, starting approximately 50 m before the intersection with road III/0506 to Maref at chainage km 17.690 and connecting to the original I/50 route at chainage km 23.530 in Vícemilice. The total length of the construction is 5,570 m. The new road route will be built as a directionally separated two-lane road in design category S 11.5/90 in the initial and final sections; the remaining central part will correspond to category S 13.5/90 (2+1 arrangement) with a length of 1,990 m without transition wedges. The new route crosses the railway line 2 times and includes 3 grade-separated intersections, 6 bridges on road I/50, 1 bridge over road I/50, 2 bridges outside road I/50, and 3 retaining walls, which are designed as separate construction objects. Also included are the construction of 2 at-grade intersections, 6 relocations of lower category roads, 2 accesses to retention basins, exits, and temporary bypass roads. Water management structures, relocations of affected utility networks, construction of embankment bodies, and noise barriers are also integral parts of the construction.
