Winter maintenance services for provincial roads in the Opole region: snow removal and de-icing for the winter seasons 2026/2027 and 2027/2028, divided into several tasks. The provision, preparation, and adaptation of storage yards according to environmental protection law are among the contractor's obligations. Sidewalks and pedestrian-bicycle paths will be cleared and gritted as needed, in built-up areas according to Standard V; for pedestrian-bicycle paths outside built-up areas, a maximum of 6 snow removal actions per season is foreseen. Sidewalk snow removal must commence within 4 hours of a telephone call.
