Study on logistical capacities: Identification, analysis, structuring, and dimensioning of logistical support for mass decontamination operations following CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear) incidents, from contamination alert to final waste management. The study focuses exclusively on logistical support and reinforcement capacities required for conducting and maintaining long-term operations; operational decontamination activities by first-line teams are not part of the scope. The objective is to define the scope, nature, and dimensioning of necessary logistical capacities, integrating temporal constraints, supply needs, and safety requirements, to enable the activation of an adapted logistical system for any identified operational situation.
