Assessment of how the defence sector contributes to EU climate goals (mitigation, resilience, nature restoration, dual-use clean technologies) and examination of how climate policies impact defence capabilities, readiness, the defence industry, public resilience against hybrid threats, and budgetary priorities. The study provides evidence for aligning rearmament and defence readiness with EU climate neutrality and resilience objectives and aligning the design of climate policies with defence needs.
