Delivery of search and rescue equipment for the Montenegrin Armed Forces: Delivery must take place no later than 30.06.2027. The delivery location is Barracks "Marko Miljanov Popovic", Masline (part of city), Podgorica, Montenegro. This is a one-time procurement. Companies registered in and offering products originating from EU member states, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Ukraine, Aruba, Canada, Chile, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, or the United States of America are eligible to participate, in accordance with the European Peace Facility support agreement EPF/2025/57 (Montenegro). Exclusion grounds and qualification conditions are detailed in the tender documents.
