Delivery of Diesel Fuel for the Stary Las Waste Disposal Plant

Delivery of diesel fuel: successive delivery of diesel fuel to the tank of a container fuel station located on the premises of the Stary Las Waste Disposal Plant Sp. z o.o., Stary Las 9, Starogard Gdański municipality. The base quantity is 210,000 liters, with an option for an additional maximum of 50,000 liters. The fuel must comply with standard PN-EN 590. Deliveries are to be made successively (in batches) over the contract period, in single deliveries of approx. 4,000 liters, within 2 working days of the client's request via email or phone. The delivered diesel fuel must comply with Polish quality standards specified in the Act of August 25, 2006, on the system for monitoring and controlling fuel quality, the Act of August 25, 2006, on biocomponents and liquid biofuels, and regulations issued based on these acts, including the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of June 26, 2024, on quality requirements for liquid fuels. It must meet the requirements of the current standard PN-EN 590 (Motor vehicle fuels – diesel fuels) by volume at a reference temperature of +15°C. During winter, the diesel fuel must enable the operation of the client's vehicles, with the following cold filter blocking temperatures: 0°C; during the transitional period (March 1 to April 15 and October 1 to November 15) 10°C; during winter (November 16 to end of February) -20°C. Diesel fuel must be delivered by a specialized transport vehicle equipped with a legalized system for measuring the pumped fuel. Road tankers must comply with the requirements of the Act of August 19, 2011, on the transport of dangerous goods. The contractor must, upon the client's request, present current legalization certificates for the pumped fuel meter, with a number corresponding to the serial number of the meter installed on the delivery vehicle (tanker). Deliveries are to take place on weekdays from 7:00 to 14:00.
