Organization of Foreign Travel for the University of Silesia

Organization of foreign travel for employees, students, doctoral candidates, non-employees, and foreign guests of the University of Silesia: reservation, sale, and delivery of airline, train, bus, and ferry tickets, as well as passport visa services. This includes ensuring the trip complies with local regulations of destination countries, informing travelers about required documents (fees, taxes, insurance, visas, transit visas, mandatory vaccinations), and about additional services not provided by the contractor (e.g., seat reservation, additional insurance). The contract duration is 24 months from the contract signing date or until the allocated budget is exhausted, whichever occurs first. The place of performance is the University of Silesia in Katowice, ul. Bankowa 12, 40-007 Katowice.
