Successive Delivery of Chemical Reagents

Delivery of chemical reagents: Successive deliveries in batches as needed, based on the assortment and quantities defined in Appendix 2 of the tender documents. Reagents must be factory new, from current production (not older than 12 months before delivery), and have a shelf life of at least 12 months from the acceptance protocol, unless the manufacturer specifies a shorter period. Includes delivery, transport, unloading, and placement at the destination. The predictability of demand is approximately 50%, therefore the contracting authority reserves the right to adjust quantities and assortment or procure other reagents of the same category, provided the total contract value is not exceeded. Prices for unlisted reagents are based on the contractor's current net catalog prices on the order date, minus an offered discount. The contractor must provide a link to the online catalog and inform about changes. The contract duration is 24 months from contract signing or until the contract value is exhausted. The maximum delivery period is 42 days from order, for reagents requiring permits 28 days from receipt of permits. Delivery address is the University of Silesia in Katowice, ul. Bankowa 14, 40-007 Katowice, or other locations specified by Supply Management. The quality warranty is a minimum of 12 months from the acceptance protocol. Payment term is 30 days.
