Support and Project Management for IEOM's Banking IT System

Support and project management for IEOM's banking IT system: Business support for the entire CEGID XRP Ultimate community of the Institutes, including processing intervention requests and anomaly management, initiating requests within the Institutes' MANTIS tool, qualifying intervention requests and logically distributing activities (dysfunction/evolution/clarification needs) between functional and technical teams, functional parameterization support, and authorization management. Definition of functional content related to projects/works within the scope of the SEF and PGA divisions, including analysis and formulation of user requirements, drafting of 'business' deliverables and all other MOA documents inherent to banking operations and payment methods. Estimation of workloads, deadlines, and resources to be implemented on the MOA side. Drafting of support materials for technical, monitoring, or steering committees, and organizing meetings impacting these works with internal or external teams. Development, participation in, and validation of acceptance scenarios to ensure the conformity of developments with the specifications and functional requirements.
