Support and updates for the Fudo Security IT solution for monitoring and recording remote sessions: Technical support, updates, knowledge base, and system maintenance; provision of all necessary licenses; technical assistance as an option for up to 500 man-hours. An equivalent solution is permissible, consisting of the delivery of a remote session recording system with replacement hardware and software (perpetual licenses), an implementation project (installation, configuration, integration with existing systems in 12 independent locations), migration of all data, configurations, permissions, and existing recordings, on-site training for a maximum of 6 people in 12 locations, a 36-month warranty after system acceptance including service care, and creation of post-implementation documentation; further items as per the tender documents.
