Forest Fire Localization System

System for automatic forest fire detection and localization: Delivery, installation, and commissioning of equipment sets, comprising long-range fire cameras on observation towers with accessories and equipment for the Forest District's Alarm and Dispatch Point (PAD). The system enables automatic detection and localization of forest fires through the cooperation of cameras with automatic fire detection software. Camera images are transmitted to the PAD via radio links in the unlicensed band. The transmission system is designed for future conversion from radio to fiber optic without replacing cameras, software, and active network devices, except end devices for fiber optic connection. The Baczków and Hysne towers will receive an off-grid power supply, and the PAD an UPS emergency power system. The power supplies must comply with PN-EN 62040-5-3:2017-05 (UPS systems), PN-EN 62446-1:2016-08 (photovoltaic installations), PN-EN 62446-1:2016-08/A1:2019-01 (PV installation testing), PN-EN 62109-2:2011 (inverter safety), and PN-EN IEC 62619:2023-02 (lithium battery safety) or equivalent standards. The order includes: dismantling of the existing system, delivery and installation of 3 cameras for forest observation on the Baczków, Hysne, and Dąbrowa towers, delivery and installation of sprinkler systems with liquid tank for the cameras, delivery and installation of off-grid power supply on the Baczków and Hysne towers (according to PN-EN 62548, PN-EN 62446, PN-EN 62109, PN-EN 62619 or equivalent), delivery and installation of an alarm system and anti-burglary cameras on the fire watchtowers, delivery and installation of radio links (Baczków – Hysne 5 GHz, Hysne – Dąbrowa 5 GHz, Dąbrowa – Kościół 60 GHz with 5 GHz backup, Kościół – Nadleśnictwo building 60 GHz with 5 GHz backup, Baczków – Dąbrowa 5 GHz redundant), delivery and installation of devices for 5G/LTE backup communication, delivery and installation of PAD equipment (3 televisions for camera monitoring, computer with two monitors, control panel, UPS emergency power supply according to PN-EN 62040 or equivalent), delivery, installation, and commissioning of an automatic smoke detection system, and system training.
