Energy audits, renovation passports, and energy performance certificates: Various energy audit models (Motiva energy audits), renovation passports, and energy performance certificates for properties managed by the City of Hämeenlinna's property services. The services concern approximately 140 buildings with a total area of approximately 230,000 m², primarily schools and kindergartens equipped with standard HVAC technology and centralized building automation, connected to the city's remote monitoring system. Locations include Hämeenlinna city center and the former municipalities of Kalvola, Renko, Hauho, Tuulos, and Lammi. The estimated contract value is approximately 90,000 € (excl. VAT). This is an open procedure for a framework agreement, with 3 contractors to be selected. The contract starts on 28.6.2027. Award criteria are price (80%) and quality (20%).
