Technical Assistance and Site Management for the Construction of a Disaster Response Center in Constanța
Technical Assistance and Site Management: Supervision, verification, control, and monitoring of the execution of all works for the construction of a new administrative building for a cross-border disaster response center of the Palas Fire Department in Constanța, Constanța County. The building is intended to provide office space for ISU Dobrogea personnel and be equipped with modern equipment and installations. Services must be provided by specialized technical personnel authorized according to Ministerial Order No. 1496/2011, either by an authorized individual or a commercial company specializing in construction consulting/site management. Funding is provided through the INTERREG VI-A Romania-Bulgaria STREAM program (2021-2027). Clarification requests can be submitted up to 25 days before the tender deadline, with consolidated responses provided at least 16 days before the deadline.
