For Object II (outdoor pool), the estimated net construction costs are: KG 400 - Structure - Technical Systems - 1,850,000.00 EUR; KG 500 - Outdoor Facilities and Open Spaces - 1,635,000.00 EUR; KG 600 - 50,000.00 EUR. Staged commissioning is planned, starting with service phases 1-4 (up to approval planning), followed by service phases 5-9. Completion of approval planning is by 01.03.2027, construction start by 01.10.2027, and completion of the overall measure by 31.10.2031.
