Structural Engineering for Combined Bath Replacement Building Saarburg
Structural engineering services according to § 51 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 14 HOAI, service phases 1-6, for the replacement new construction of a combined bath. The estimated net construction costs for Object I (indoor pool/building) are: KG 200 - site preparation and development - 70,000.00 EUR; KG 300 - structure - building construction - 13,305,000.00 EUR; KG 400 - structure - technical installations - 8,395,000.00 EUR; KG 500 - outdoor facilities and open spaces - 2,205,000.00 EUR; KG 600 - 300,000.00 EUR. For Object II (outdoor pool), the estimated net construction costs are: KG 400 - structure - technical installations - 1,850,000.00 EUR; KG 500 - outdoor facilities and open spaces - 1,635,000.00 EUR; KG 600 - 50,000.00 EUR. Staged commissioning is planned, initially service phases 1-4 up to approval planning, then service phases 5-6. Completion of approval planning is by 01.03.2027, start of construction by 01.10.2027, and completion of the measure by 31.10.2031. The project is publicly funded, and services are based on the HOAI 2021 service descriptions.
