Excluded are legal advice, operation of the tendering platform, publication, formal tendering process management, bidder communication, award, and contract conclusion. Also excluded are draft, approval, and execution planning, verifiable structural analysis, construction management, site supervision, traffic safety, and defect rectification, unless optionally requested.
