Installation of hotfixes as well as SAP and LfA specialist releases, analysis, evaluation, and processing of vulnerabilities in the Baramundi system. Operation and maintenance of SAP Solution Manager, processing of incoming tickets (incident, problem, and change management). Quarterly execution of system and client copies with SAP, coordination of work packages including SAP peripheral systems, and post-processing in the SAP systems.
