Technical assistance for project management, works supervision, and publicity for the regional water and wastewater infrastructure project in Covasna County: Support for project management and strengthening the institutional capacity of the Project Implementation Unit, updating the sludge management strategy, updating the industrial wastewater management strategy, developing a modern hydraulic modeling system for water supply and sewerage systems, developing a modern management system for water loss detection and infiltration reduction in the project area, implementation and managerial control of SCADA solutions, developing a GIS system for water supply and sewerage systems, updating the county Master Plan, adopting the action plan for water source protection. This also includes project publicity and public information, as well as the supervision of 10 works contracts, including activities in the pre-construction phase, during the construction period, at acceptance upon completion, and during the warranty period.
