Partial Renovation and Conversion of the Embassy Chancery Quito (ECU)
General planning services for the partial renovation and conversion of the German Embassy Chancery in Quito, Ecuador: object planning (building/interiors), technical equipment planning, as well as structural engineering, fire protection, thermal insulation, building and room acoustics for the structural and technical systems on the 12th and 13th floors of the 14-story "Edificio Citiplaza" building. The measures include enhancing material security with the renewal of the entrance area including airlock and the RK-/Visa office, renovating technical systems (ventilation and air conditioning, sanitary installations, electrical), enhancing fire protection, and implementing accessibility requirements. Execution takes place during ongoing operations without temporary relocation. Parts of the construction measure are classified as "Confidential - For Official Use Only (VS-NFD)"; further documents will be provided during the tender submission process.
