Teleinformatics systems for e-services in water and sewage management in Zbrosławice
Delivery and commissioning of teleinformatics systems for e-services in water and sewage management in Zbrosławice: Provision, implementation, configuration, launch, and handover of one integrated IT system (ZSI). The ZSI includes a Central Billing and Customer Service System with an electronic Customer Service Office (eBOK), an Electronic Document Workflow (EOD) system, and a Financial and Accounting System (ERP) with e-service modules. Additionally, a separate HR and Payroll system compatible with the ZSI is to be delivered for internal employee accounting. The contract also includes the integration of the ZSI with the client's domain systems (as per Annex 5), the granting of a non-exclusive, perpetual license, training for system users and administrators, and the provision of complete documentation.
