Appointment and Video Conferencing System for the City of Mikkeli

Appointment and video conferencing system as a SaaS ready-made solution for the customer services of the City of Mikkeli: Management of appointment bookings and conduct of video conferences for the employment services of the City of Mikkeli. The system must be user-friendly, comply with data protection and other legal requirements, and be quickly implementable. It is a configurable standard product, not a custom development. The use should be expandable to other units of the City of Mikkeli later. One (1) overall responsible supplier is sought to provide the system as a SaaS service. The comprehensive service includes necessary interfaces, programs, basic software, licenses, and maintenance and support services. The contract is estimated to start in November 2026 and is indefinite.
