Carpentry work for maintenance and investment projects on properties owned by the contracting authorities: The service covers buildings of the Kuopio Evangelical Lutheran Parish Union, Leppävirta municipality, and Varkaus city. The framework agreement runs from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2029, and includes a one-year option for the period from January 1, 2030, to December 31, 2030. Work duration is approximately one hour to several months per case. The procurement is divided into three lots; bids can be submitted for one or more lots. The number of selected suppliers per area may be lower if insufficient bids are received or bids are rejected. The framework agreement terminates if the estimated or maximum value is reached before the expiry of the fixed-term agreement or any utilized option period.
