Testing System for Low-Power Fuel Cells (150W) for Ro-HydroHub Project

Testing system for Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) fuel cells: a fully integrated system for testing, validation, and characterization of individual cells and short-stack assemblies up to 150 W. The equipment allows operation under controlled pressure of up to 2 bar, optimized for the analysis of new materials and aging effects in long-term operation. The system is delivered as a complete solution and includes all necessary subsystems for autonomous and safe operation, including automation and control systems, safety system, data acquisition and electrochemical analysis system, electrical measurement systems, process instrumentation for gas control and thermal management, and utility interfaces. It is designed to interact with test cells via dedicated connections, offering simultaneous monitoring of the working and counter electrodes, and automatic compensation of ohmic losses.
