Hydrogen Separation System with Permeable Membrane for the Ro-HydroHub Project

Delivery of an integrated hydrogen generation and purification system: The system is for the continuous production of high-purity hydrogen for research, development, and technological testing applications via catalytic ammonia cracking in a reactor, followed by selective hydrogen purification using a palladium-based membrane. The integrated unit includes at least the catalytic reactor, the selective membrane purification unit, the control and automation system, and all necessary components. The reactor is equipped with a suitable catalyst for the ammonia cracking process and allows for catalyst loading and replacement. The system must operate automatically and continuously with liquid ammonia supply and ensure hydrogen production and purification in a single compact technological assembly, requiring only connection to manufacturer-specified utilities.
