Qualification system for technical building equipment (TBE): Award of individual TBE services via negotiated procedure to qualified applicants. Includes conversion, new construction, maintenance, repair, and servicing of technical building equipment (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, building automation) in the bus and subway network of Hamburger Hochbahn AG. The qualification system is two-stage; in the first stage, minimum conditions according to points 5.1.12 and 5.1.9 must be met. Applications are possible at any time within the next 10 years.
