Vehicle rental in Norway: Framework agreement for the on-demand hire and supply of reliable and safe vehicles (cars) without a driver, suitable for extreme weather conditions, with requirements for grip, stability, and performance at low temperatures. The hire period varies from 1 day to several days or consecutive weeks. Delivery and collection locations are primarily military sites, civilian companies, seaports, airports, and junctions within Norway. The following vehicle types are to be supplied: compact car (4 passengers), mid-size car (5 passengers), mid-size estate car (5 passengers), SUV (5 passengers), MPV (5 passengers), minibus (9 passengers), and cargo van (2 passengers). Requirements are set out in Annex 1.
