Supply of a 6-seater vehicle: 1 second-hand vehicle (e.g., Ford Custom, Volkswagen Caddy or similar type) according to vehicle specification Table A; the vehicle must be drivable with a B class driving license. Tenders must include costs, VAT, and all applicable taxes or charges. Supplier selection is based on vehicle availability for viewing and efficient purchase, subject to available funding. Bidders must clearly specify timelines/lead times. Proof of registration for the second-hand vehicle is required to confirm immediate availability. Vehicle suitability will be evaluated based on year of manufacture, mileage, and suitability for the client's needs. The vehicle will be viewed in person and inspected by a qualified mechanic. All vehicles must be taxed for a minimum of 3 months upon delivery.
