Thermal Utilization of Sewage Sludge Including Logistics Services
Thermal utilization of sewage sludge including logistics services: Services are awarded for two years starting from January 1, 2029, with an option for three one-year extensions, concluding the contract no later than December 31, 2033. The tender includes two variants: Variant A comprises thermal utilization with phosphorus recovery from sewage sludge ash, while Variant B provides for thermal utilization without phosphorus recovery. From January 1, 2029, phosphorus recovery from sewage sludge ash is mandatory according to the Sewage Sludge Ordinance (AbfKlärV). Services are not divided into lots.
