Civil Engineering and Landscaping Works for GS EDS, House 6

Civil engineering and landscaping works for a total area of approx. 1,400 m²: Earthworks with excavation of approx. 4,000 m³; paving works include approx. 30 m² EPDM fall protection surfacing, approx. 1,300 m² concrete paving, and approx. 180 m edgings. Concrete works involve approx. 70 m³ concrete wall (SB3), approx. 55 m stairs/steps, and approx. 60 m seating steps. Green areas comprise approx. 30 m² mixed perennial plantings and 8 trees. Handrails and fall protection: approx. 7 m handrails and approx. 25 m fall protection. Delivery and installation of 2 gates, 1 sliding gate, and 4 light steles. Equipment items such as waste bins, bollards, seating elements, sun deck, bicycle stands, signs, and a bus stop shelter are also included.
