Civil Engineering and Landscaping Works for Neue Lände, Urbane Lände

Civil engineering and landscaping works: Construction of a new rainwater sewer (DN 315 PVC, approx. 15 m length) and one inspection shaft (DN 1000), construction of a new water pipeline (DA 63 SDR 11 PE 100, approx. 200 m length). Demolition and removal of approx. 4,300 m² of existing asphalt surfaces, excavation and transport of approx. 3,200 m³ of existing sub-base and soil material, installation of approx. 1,900 m³ of frost protection/gravel sub-base material. Production of approx. 4,100 m² of water-permeable asphalt sub-base and approx. 4,200 m² of concrete block paving. Production of approx. 320 m of stone edging from large-format concrete slabs, installation of approx. 75 precast concrete elements, installation of various furnishings, equipment, and signage elements, installation of approx. 30 m of flat steel bank railing. Creation of approx. 1,700 m² of planting areas, planting of approx. 31 standard trees and solitary trees, and approx. 8,700 perennials. This includes one year of completion maintenance and three years of development maintenance.
