Civil engineering works for tunnel access to maintenance workshop and adaptation of Line 7 in La Courneuve

Civil engineering works: Creation of an approximately 430 m long connection tunnel to the future maintenance workshop (AMT) in La Courneuve, comprising an approximately 350 m long fully underground section (Tranchée Couverte) and an approximately 90 m long partially underground section (Tranchée Ouverte). This includes the adaptation of the existing rear-station area by raising the tracks over approximately 100 m and the construction of a rectifier station measuring 18.00 m x 8.00 m. Services include execution studies, G3 mission and geotechnical and hydrogeological monitoring, topographical surveys and structural monitoring, site installations and preparatory works, pyrotechnic risk mitigation for blind intrusive operations and earthworks (up to 7 m), diaphragm walls 60 cm thick (1,000 linear meters), jet grouting (400 linear meters), waterproofing injections (injected plug) (3,000 m³), earthworks and adapted disposal (35,000 m³), shoring/bracing (370,000 kg), groundwater treatment including floating matter removal (800 m³), reinforced concrete structure (8,000 m³) and backfill concrete (2,500 m³), DEG type waterproofing (4,300 m²) and FPM type waterproofing (6,000 m²), backfill (4,000 m³), cast-in-place channels with GRP covers (1,000 linear meters), and restoration works (roadway, paths, sidewalks). The main quantities are indicative. This is an ordinary construction contract with mixed prices and an obligation of result.
